1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout the document unless context clearly requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the cland4 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. cland4 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at cland4's sole discretion.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local laws. cland4 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have assessed the legality of online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You may not register if you have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary deposit restriction, or third-party exclusion order affecting your ability to participate in online gaming.
• Not a cland4 Employee: Directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of cland4 are not eligible to hold Player accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gam ing features on cland4, you must complete the registration process in full. By submitting a registration application, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

• Required Information: You must provide a valid email address, mobile phone number, preferred username, and a secure password. Additional personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and residential address in Indonesia may be required during KYC verification.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cland4 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be deemed authorized by you.
• Password Requirements: Passwords must be a minimum of eight (8) characters and must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one numeral, and one special character. You are advised to change your password regularly and never share it with any third party.
• KYC Verification: cland4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Withdrawal requests above Rp 5,000,000 will trigger mandatory KYC review. Failure to complete KYC within 14 calendar days of a request may result in Account suspension.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. cland4 is not liable for losses arising from outdated contact or banking information on file.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as inactive. An administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month may be deducted from the remaining Balance after written notice. Accounts with a zero Balance after 24 months of inactivity may be permanently closed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

cland4 supports a range of Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels to facilitate fast, secure fund transfers. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Deposits

• Accepted Methods: Bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata; e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction across all payment methods, unless a specific promotional minimum applies.
• Maximum Deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. Higher limits may be available to verified VIP-tier members by prior arrangement with the cland4 VIP team.
• Processing Time: Bank transfers submitted during banking hours (Monday–Friday 08:00–15:00 WIB) are typically credited within 5 minutes. Transfers submitted outside banking hours or on public holidays may take up to 24 hours to reflect. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay process instantly 24 hours a day.
• Own Account Requirement: Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus applicable transfer fees.
• Deposit Fees: cland4 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply interbank transfer charges, for which cland4 accepts no liability.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per request.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for standard accounts; higher limits apply to Gold-tier loyalty members.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval. Bronze-tier members: up to 24 hours. Silver-tier members: up to 12 hours. Gold-tier (VIP) members: up to 6 hours. Processing times are measured in business hours (WIB) and exclude Indonesian national public holidays.
• Destination Account: Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in your own name and matching your KYC-verified identity. cland4 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Wagering Requirement Compliance: Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold if outstanding Wagering Requirements attached to active Bonus Funds have not been satisfied. cland4 will notify you of any hold and provide the remaining requirement amount.
• Withdrawal Fees: cland4 does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard interbank transfer fees charged by the receiving bank are the Player's responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

cland4 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions.

• Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus up to Rp 20,000,000. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible Player once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim the bonus multiple times will be flagged as fraud.
• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, a standard 5x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount before Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 5,000,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 20%. Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. Sports bets below 1.50 odds contribute 0%. Togel (numbers lottery) and specialty games contribute 50%. cland4 may revise game contribution rates with 7 days' notice.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire 30 calendar days from the date of activation unless a specific promotion states a different period. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds are active and Wagering Requirements remain outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round or sports wager is Rp 500,000 or 10% of the remaining Bonus Funds balance, whichever is lower. Violating this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: cland4 employs automated systems to detect patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-variance play strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk. cland4 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings where abuse is identified.
• Loyalty Program: Players automatically earn loyalty points at a rate determined by their current tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold) with every qualifying real-money wager. Points may be redeemed for bonus credits or other rewards as specified in the current Loyalty Program terms. cland4 may modify the Loyalty Program structure with 14 days' notice.
• Right to Withdraw Promotions: cland4 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or permanently terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially disadvantage Players with active, validly claimed bonuses.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on cland4 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting market. The following general rules apply across all products.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and valid once confirmed by the cland4 system and a confirmation reference number is issued. Bets placed during system outages or connectivity failures may not be registered.
• Odds and Prices: Sports odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. cland4 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors, including odds that are materially inconsistent with prevailing market prices due to technical faults.
• Asian Handicap (Voor Bola): Voor bola (Asian handicap betting) follows standard Asian handicap rules. In the event of a push (net-zero outcome after applying the handicap), the stake is returned in full.
• Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit. If one selection is voided (e.g., match abandoned), the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at reduced odds. Minimum of three (3) selections required for a valid mix parlay.
• Live Betting: In-play betting odds are provided in real time and are subject to suspension during key match events (goals, red cards, injury stoppages). cland4 is not liable for bets placed immediately before or after a live event that has not yet been reflected in the odds.
• Game Results: Casino game results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. Results are final once displayed on screen and confirmed by the system. Disputes relating to game outcomes must be submitted within 48 hours of the disputed round.
• Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's programmed logic. The outcome of the completed round will be applied to your Account Balance upon reconnection.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cland4. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent ban, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Operating more than one Account or registering under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any multiplayer game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds pricing for financial gain without promptly reporting the issue to cland4 support.
• Using the Platform to launder funds derived from illegal activities or to circumvent currency controls applicable under Indonesian law.
• Sharing Account credentials with or allowing access by any third party, including family members.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or any form of payment fraud in relation to deposits made to cland4.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with cland4 systems, servers, databases, or APIs.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymizing services to mask your true geographic location or to circumvent access restrictions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the cland4 Platform—including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, audio, video, and the overall layout and design—is the proprietary intellectual property of cland4 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any cland4 content without prior written authorization.
• The cland4 name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of cland4 trademarks in any context is strictly prohibited.
• Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios and is licensed to cland4 for delivery on the Platform. Players may not record, stream, redistribute, or commercially exploit game content without the relevant studio's written consent.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

cland4 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information are governed by our dedicated Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you expressly consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service delivery purposes.
• cland4 employs SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest.
• cland4 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team at [email protected].
• Transaction and gaming history data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with internationally recognized AML record-keeping standards.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cland4 expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the Platform and its services.

• cland4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from system downtime, technical failures, or third-party payment delays.
• cland4 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily suspend access. cland4 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
• cland4 is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect or outdated banking details provided by the Player, or from delays imposed by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
• In no event shall cland4's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in this clause limits cland4's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Player's Account, subject to the conditions below.

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting cland4 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be refunded to your verified withdrawal account within 5 business days.
• cland4-Initiated Suspension: cland4 may suspend or restrict your Account immediately and without prior notice if it reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other prohibited conduct.
• cland4-Initiated Termination: Following investigation of a suspended Account, cland4 may permanently close the Account. Where a material breach is confirmed, cland4 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds, void pending withdrawals under investigation, and retain winnings derived from prohibited activity.
• Survival: Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited activities, and governing law survive termination of this Agreement indefinitely.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial contract law. cland4 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform and makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions.

• In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through cland4's internal complaint procedure by contacting [email protected] with full details of the complaint.
• cland4 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint procedure within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the dispute to an independent third-party arbitration body mutually agreed upon at that time.
• Decisions reached through cland4's internal complaint procedure are binding on cland4 to the extent of any financial remedy awarded, up to the aggregate liability cap stated in Clause 10.

13 Amendments to These Terms

cland4 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Material amendments—defined as changes that significantly affect Player rights, bonus structures, withdrawal limits, or eligible game categories—will be communicated by email to the address on file and will take effect no sooner than seven (7) calendar days after notification.
• Non-material amendments (e.g., clarifications of existing language, typographical corrections, updates to contact details) take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent amendment. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of current terms.
• Continued use of the Platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date by contacting our support team.
